2026–2027 Tournament & Travel Information

JVA Boys National Championships will take place in St. Louis, MO, at America's Center Convention Complex and The DOME. The tournament will take place from June 26 - July 7, with various age groups assigned to different waves during that time period (4-day time periods). We will get exact dates as it gets closer for each team, but keep those dates open. 17-1, 16-1, 15-1 will participate in nationals, the 14-1 and 13-1 teams and 18-1 teams will decide later in the season. 

SoCal Cup Qualifiers and Tournaments 1 & 2 (All Teams – Different Dates)

Qualifier (2-days)

• Each age division is assigned a different two-day qualifier weekend.
• Teams play three matches each day in either the 8:00 AM wave or the 2:00 PM wave.
• Teams assigned to the afternoon wave may have the option to travel Saturday morning; otherwise, plan to arrive the night before.

Tournaments (1 day)

• Each team will play in single day tournaments.
• 3 games, either on a Saturday or a Sunday per the table above
• Those waves are typically in the morning, so travel down the night before, play in a pool, and most of the time teams are finished by 2-3 pm. 

VENUES

Most teams will play at AIM Sportsplex, 1718 Apollo Ct., Seal Beach, CA 90740. Other possible locations include 949 Volleyball Club, Huntington Beach High School and Cerritos College (TBD the week of the tournament, recommend booking hotels with free 1 or 2 day cancellation policies).

UBVA Super Regional (14-1 and 13-1 TEAMS ONLY)

FRI–SAT, NOV 13-14 • VARIOUS LOCATIONS, SALT LAKE CITY (GENERAL AREA), UTAH

The tournament starts at 4:00 PM on Friday, so you can travel Friday morning and arrive by 3:00 PM. Games continue Saturday starting at 8:00 AM and continue through late afternoon or early evening.

VENUES

The venues for each team will be determined as the tournament gets closer. In the past, the 13s and 14s age groups have been in the Farmington, UT area.

HOTEL OPTIONS

You are welcome to stay at any hotel. On September 16th the tournament will release some hotel blocks for clubs, so we will try to get a block and send that info out if available. We recommend booking something on your own that is refundable in case we get a better price or venue through the room block. 

FLIGHTS: Plan to arrive on Friday and fly home on Monday night at 5 pm or later. There are some good flight options on Delta for roundtrip flights.  

SoCal Cup Winter Formal (ALL TEAMS)

All teams will play at the Anaheim Convention Center (different location than previous years). 

Teams play pool play in either the 8:00 AM wave or 3:00 PM wave Friday and Saturday, followed by bracket play Sunday morning or early afternoon. Wave assignments will be provided closer to the event. If flying, book return flights for 6:00 PM or later on Sunday. View the tournament website.
